On Saturday, April 21, 2018, a workshop was held with local tourist service providers at the Etno Fletno association premises at Savka Dabčević Kučar 6 in Samobor.
This is the third culinary workshop organized by the Public Institution “Nature Park Žumberak – Samoborsko gorje” as a partner on the project “I enjoy the tradition” together with an external associate –  Etno Fletno association. The aim of the workshop is to educate the local population about the culinary heritage of the entire nature park and link the participants to the heritage community, which will actively promote the intangible culture of these areas and after the completion of the project.
With the help of the hosts, the participants made, tasted and exchanged recipes for buckwheat bread with walnuts and buckwheat cake with cheese, sweet breads and other traditional cakes like ocvirnica and rudarska greblica.
