On Friday, 25 of May 2018, the fourth workshop with local tourist service providers was held in “Radić-Ilas” buffet in Sošice. The culinary workshop was organized by the Public Institution “Žumberak – Samobor Hills Nature Park” on the project “I enjoy the tradition” together with the external associate, the member of the heritage community and the host at the family farm, Snježana Radić. The aim of the workshop is to educate the local population about the culinary heritage of the entire nature park and link the participants to the heritage community, which will actively promote the intangible culture of these areas after the completion of the project.
After introducing the project, getting to know all the participants and the workshop program, the participants started making traditional dishes. With the help of the hosts, the participants made traditional breads, nettle bread and strudels with cheese and čvarci.
Along with the older members of the heritage community, the workshop was also attended by the staff and community of Center Ozalj, members of Krabat Association and LAG Vallis Colapis.
