BIC Ljubljana carries out education and workshops on culinary heritage in central Slovenia, focusing on Ljubljana and its surroundings and through the school tourist agency established within the project promotes the Culinary Transversal from Pannonia to the Adriatic.
Naj Tura, as organizer of authentic trips and events in cooperation with Pottery Village of Filovci implements the project Enjoy Tradition through marketing and promotional activities at fairs and workshops together with other project partners.
The Parnas Institute fosters the importance and value of international heritage communities related to the tradition of Christmas bread poprtnik by means of cooperation, education of guides and hosts, and by promoting culinary heritage interpretation.
